This will be my third journey to Thailand, and what continues to captivate me most is the heart of the people and the spirit of the culture. The sabai sabai way of being—the ease, presence, and relaxed openness—along with the quiet influence of Buddhist values woven into daily life, has deeply touched me. There is a felt sense of interconnection there, a remembering that we belong to something larger than ourselves. And I’ve been profoundly moved by how this orientation toward community, care, and mutual support can help us each come home to greater wholeness.
It is a deep honor to be walking alongside my dear friend and teacher, Ariela Grodner Nala, in co-creating and supporting this journey.
Together, we have thoughtfully woven an experience that reflects what matters most to us—not simply seeing Thailand, but truly experiencing it. Honoring the culture with respect, learning from authentic teachers, creating meaningful connection, allowing space for rest and spontaneity, and inviting the kind of transformation that naturally arises when we step outside our familiar rhythms and open ourselves to something greater.
If something in you is whispering yes—if your heart feels called toward this journey—we would be so honored to share this experience with you.
