Full Cycle Holistic Birth Companion:

From my perspective, a doula holds the wisdom pole of connection and wholeness for the mother. In the moments when she needs support, a doula protects the sacred space around the mother.

Currently I offer prenatal, in labor and postpartum sessions rooted in bodywork, ritual, and presence. I serve anyone in the birth spectrum, including those who have not gotten pregnant but wish to, that have experienced miscarriage, abortion, stillbirth or other pregnancy loss.

I believe that it is important for women to receive the care and education to understand that the body needs tending and that our ancestors left us ways to nourish ourselves, to witness miracles, and to heal whatever we face.
